Cyprus changes its visa procedure for Russians

🇨🇾 From 15 December 2025, Cyprus visa applications are accepted at BLS International visa centres: biometrics submission is now mandatory, and the free electronic pro-visa has been discontinued. A visa is required for any trip regardless of its length. From 2026 a consular fee applies — €90 for applicants over 12 and €45 for children aged 6–11. Plan your submission in advance: processing times depend on the visa centre's workload.
